Poured from 500mL bottle (bottled 22-02-2016; bb 22-02-2018) at my 39th bday. Dark brown with small beige head. Oxidized feint sourness, tobacco, cocoa bean, some non-descript spirit. Okay, but definitely aged. Courtesy of beerplace.

Bottle pour. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Rye-like malt character, good roast, nice spirits character. Flavour has a very dry spirit barrel character, cacao, and roasted rye-like malts. Very nice stout.

Pours clear deep amber into an English pint. White head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Molasses and brown bread aromas. Medium bodied with sweet brown bread, raisins and molasses upfront turning to earthy pith before the lasting bitter bark finish.

Pours hazy yellow gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes leaving trailing sheets to skim surface. Lemon and funk aromas. Medium bodied with tart lemon and crushed aspirin upfront turning to band aid and funk in the medium length dry oak and pith finish. Refreshing.

Pours hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet band-aid and citrus aromas. Crisp with tart lemon-lime, kumquat and yuzu upfront turning to band aid, aspirin, and marshmallow funk before the dry, lasting earthy root finish.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light cloves, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, ground cherry, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice.

A hazed golden lambic with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, Brett, light horse blanket, very nice. Bottle at Mondial 2025.

Aroma: bold, farmhouse, chamomile.
Taste: along the same lines, a lot of chamomile, honey.

Poured from 500mL bottle (pkg 31-07-24; bb 31-07-26). Hazy yellow with small white head. Saison yeast, floral chamomile quality with underlying honey.

Golden pour, with a slight haze. Aroma is funky, sharp lemon, funky wheat notes, light vinegar, lots of funk. Bright mouth feel, lively carb, medium bitter sharp and dry, Lemont, wheat funk. Fantastic!
