A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with Brett, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, light alcohol warmth, very nice.

Pours hazy light gold into a tulip. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spider sheets to pool surface. Pineapple and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied with mild mango pith upfront turning to soapy lemon, grapefruit and bitter apple in the medium length finish. I waited too long on this one...

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with a semi-sweet finale. Body is not as full as expected for style with good carbonation. Very good NEIPA that doesn’t go overboard and is highly drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some floral hay undertones and faint funky ester. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some floral hay notes and light funky ester with light oak presence. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great barreled saison with really good drinkability.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Band aid and funky apricot aromas. Sharp with sweet band aid and dried pit fruit upfront turning to tart lemon before the dry, medium length earthy pith finish
