A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity and Epsom salts, light funk, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, tropical fruits, light Epsom salts, very nice. Bottle.

Hazy blond colour, large frothy head. Mild aroma of grassy hops. Soft mouthfeel, delicate crackery base, mild but pleasant grassy hops.

12oz @ Ryan's shared with Alex. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit raw, malty, some nice fruity hops. Taste: along the same lines, quite hoppy, finishes with a hoppy bitterness. Overall: good one, like the craft lager should be.

Apr 03, 2026 (9/4/8/4/17=4.2): Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Derek & JF; bottled 28-06-22; bb 28-06-23). Clear yellow gold with full white head. Nice saison yeast, some cat urine, light oak, very nice. Same rating breakdown.

Oct 31, 2022 (9/4/8/4/17=4.2): Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Derek & JF; bottled 28-06-22). Hazy gold with white head. Saison yeast, touch of funk and oak, hint of pepper. Well balanced, really nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is wonderful, with a lovely rustic saison yeast character, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is wonderfully rustic, with lots of complex wild yeast character, subtle floral notes, some black pepper, and the list goes on. That yeast expression is gorgeous. Complex and highly drinkable. One of the best Canadian saisons I've had.

Embouteillée le 14-10-2016 et bue 5 ans plus tard... Abricot, cerise, cassis, citron, vieux bois, plus une parfaite acidité... Quel délice!

Presque aucune carbonatation, et plutôt acide pour ce que j'ai pu goûter du même style... J'aime le petit côté surette qui accompagne le goût de foin et de chêne. La finale est citronnée, et je goûte aussi d'autres fruits (framboise, abricot, raison blanc). J'ai une impression de vieux baril et/ou liège aussi.
