Breitenlesauer Hell, Flasche von Getränke Stumpf, Theisenort. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase milde aber doch plastische gerstige und floral-blumige, ganz leise zitronige Noten. - Antrunk schlank und sauber gerstig-hellmalzig mit dezenter Malzsüße, verhaltener Frucht (Aprikose) und feiner floraler Herbe. Milder rezent, angenehm mineralisch. Im leicht trockenen Abgang kommt noch leise zitrusfruchtige Herbe ins Spiel. - Sehr schönes Helles der fränkischen Machart, nicht so leichtgewichtig und platt malzsüß wie viele weiter südlich hergestellte Exemplare sondern spürbar wenngleich sortentypisch mild gehopft. 500 ml bottle, as Breitenlesauer Festbier, this seems the current version of this one. Murky dark amber brown with a foamy head. Roasted malt, toffee, dried figs and dates, roasted nuts, candied fruit, basement notes, metal, lemon zest. Malty fruity sweetness, dry zesty metallic bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty malty roasty bittersweet finish. An excellent Festbier, should be even better with a good hearthy Franconian dish!

Well, this, hopefully, at the Annafest, Weiß Tauben Keller. Thx Viktor! Full golden-amber, darker body, white head. Floral, eggy, bit herbal, sweetish aroma, okay maltiness. Dry, nice taste, floral hoppy, pleasant. Nice!

500 ml bottle. Almost clear golden with a big fluffy creamy head. Very grassy strawy, citrusy, zesty, bready, sourdoughy, even floral and fruity, slightly metallic, banana peel. Dry grassy zesty hoppy bitterness, grainy fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy fruity bitter finish. Good Pilsner, tasty!

Pours dark golden to light amber, transparent with the lightest bit of haziness. Quite huge, especially per style, rather dense white head; shows good retention and nice lacing. A soft but decently intense aroma: light cereal base, honey and chamomille, light fruity hints (yellow apple), perhaps a flowery hops notes. Taste shows good enough intensity and feels soft as the smell suggested. Cereal malts base now a bit more prominent, very light butterscotch, honey and chamomille, yellow apple, perhaps the lightest spicy hint, a hint of grassiness in the finish. Quite on the sweet side per style, but overall well balanced with a clean, relatively dry finish. There's probably a hint of diacetyl; enough to give it a light rustic/soft feel but not enough to make it unpleasant. Light to medium bodied, with light, very soft bubbled carbonation, resulting in a very soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel that feels partially unusual for the style. Overall an interesting and very enjoyable one.

Trüb bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Heftiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch nach reifer Banane. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig nach reifer Banane und Steinobst. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle from Beer Cave. Appearance - golden and clear with a foamy white head. Nose - caramel, hobnob biscuits and light hemp note. Taste - caramel, wholemeal bread and hobnob again. A bit grainy. Palate - medium bodied, a bit sweet and grainy. Overall - ok.
