Light brown colour with Ichabod Crane head. Grainy unionmade aroma with caramel overtones. Sweet, with a slight brown sugar note. They apparently hired a couple of Hell’s Angels to bounce the day they were brewing and no hops were allowed in the building. Slighty fizzy finish. Inoffensive, unless blandness offends you. Which is does.
