Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Tipple. A hazed golden yeloow straw coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, tcp, phenol, mango, juicy orange, soft wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, loose wheat. Orange, peach, Fanta, medicinal hop. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation, light toffee note.

Can shared in London - cheers to Tipple. Pours murky yellow with a frothy, pure white head. Medium sweet flavour with. It’s of tropical purée, lemon grass, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, mild booze. Not bad.

Can shared in London - cheers to Adi. Pours clear ruby with a small, creamy tan head. Light sweet flavour with bready, lightly toasted malts, berries, a little toffee, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Not bad.

a bit diminished stonefruit and tropical fruit nose. Low medium bitterness, super juicy. Like it’s juice. Alcohol very well hidden but lacks complexity. It’s amazing this is 10%. Not a masterpiece but very interesting take.

Loads of Brett. And I’m a bit shocked to say this, but maybe a little too much. Touch of oak from the barrel perhaps. Perhaps a feel of saison in the back but almost undetectable. But gotta love that Brett.
