Shared 473ml can. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate. Taste is roasted malt, dark chocolate, stone fruit notes, hints of coffee, charred wood, alcohol. Bitter roasty finish. Good.

A dark purple Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light berries, tart cherry, light acidity, light herbs, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart cherry, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant and refreshing. On tap at Festibière de Laval 2017.

A murky milky orange yellow Weisse with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, resinous floral hops, citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a tart malt with loads of grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. Cask at Festibière de Laval 2017.

Canette 473ml. Couleur orangée foncée voilée, mousse beige. Arôme végétal, vieilles affaires, malt, floral, pointe de citronnelle. Goût de malt, amertume élevée et désagréable, houblon végétal, les mêmes vieilles affaires. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dank notes with light green grassy notes and some citrus undertones. Taste is a mix of dank notes with some strong herbal notes with some citrus undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Interesting experiment but herbal hoppy notes do become overwhelming after a while.

Canette 473ml. Couleur orangée voilée, mousse blanche aérée. Arôme de clémentine, houblon fruité, céréales. Goût de malt, clémentine, amertume moyenne toute en longueur, pelure de clémentine. Carbonatation​ élevée, corps moyen. Ça n’a pas grand chose d’une Kölsch, mais c’est quand même très bon.
