Can - Sweet dark chocolate, light herbal hops and roasty notes. Jet black brown with a rich brown head. Dark chocolate and tons of roast with a nice bitter finish. Really solid

Can - Light sweat, stone fruit and yeasty notes. Cloudy gold with a rich off white head. Light tartness, some citrus notes and a touch of funk. I could crush these with the little complexity and acidity.

Canned, from Broue Ha Ha, Gatineau. Cloudy copper colour, rich gushing head. Aroma of sweet red apples. Mid sweet with light body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Apples and splight bread, light notes of grass. Fairly low bitterness.

Can: Poured a light pink color weisse with a light pinkish color head with medium retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart cherry notes is quite refreshing. Taste is a nice mix of tart cherry notes with some nice fruit flavours. Body is slightly above average with good carbonation. Quite refreshing with good drinkability but maybe a tad short on complexity.

Can - Strawberry and raspberry notes with some cherry. Deep red with some purple and no head. Red fruit, nice tartness and nice finish. Solid.

Canette 473ml. Couleur violacée trouble, mousse rosée évanescente. Arôme de canneberge (camerise j’imagine), herbacé, blé. Goût fruité, acidité moyenne, sèche, légère amertume, malt, astringente. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
