Can: Poured a cloudy bright burgundy color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized cereal notes with some light dry hoppy notes is pleasant. Taste is mostly focused on caramelized malt with dry cereal notes and pleasant grainy notes. Light dry hoppy notes are also noticeable and offset some of the residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Very interesting and promising. Some age might help to offset some of the greener hops notes which fits more or less well in this beer.

En fût au Bières et Saveurs 2016. Couleur rouge orangée voilée, mousse rosée. Arôme de framboise fraîche, légère âcreté, un petit quelque chose de off. Goût de framboise, acidité moyenne, malt, un peu fade. Carbonatation moyenne, corps faible.

Can: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light dry caramel malt with light dry leafy hops notes. Taste is also a mix of dry caramel malt with light cereal and leafy hops. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking amber ale.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy blonde color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with some leafy hops notes. Taste is a nice mix of leafy hops and cereal notes with light grainy notes. While oak notes are not easily identifiable there seems to be a feel for how oak might have round off some of the rough edge from this beer. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but interesting nonetheless.

Goût de savon, citron, houblon herbal, un peu terreux, malt, amertume un peu agressive, finale fruité. Carbonatation moyenne, corps dense.
