Very clear completely golden coloured body with a very large, pure white head that starts off at about five centimetres tall and fades to literally nothing, just a few seconds later - odd! Aroma of briney and fairly salty notes with a good hit of key lime and some soft and subdued wheat behind with very little, at least in the nose. Light-bodied; Very crisp and dry lime and herbal notes show at first with a big dose of limes, flowers and tart notes with a light grassy characteristic, but all finished with some noticeable salt and brine notes at the end, especially, allowing the limes to cut through it - nice and balanced at the tail end. Aftertaste shows a good blend of salt, soured, tart notes with some sweetness from the fruits at the finish with a herbal note at the end, but the balance of salt, fruits and tartness goes very well here, while being very easy-drinking and robust with flavours. Overall, a very nice gose with a ton of tart and soured notes, but even more briney and salty flavours that balance this out nicely! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Ye Old Spirits Shop in Frederick, Maryland on 29-November-2020 for US$3,59, purchased just after cutting down the family Christmas Tree, sampled at home listening to Christmas in July Music at my house here in Washington on 10-July-2021.

Very light straw and ghostly white, barely hazy coloured body, with a super large, very frothy, just off-white head that looks like a lot of soap and much less of an IPA. Aroma of super strong peach and mango notes with a very dry, grassy and herbal bitterness and some soft pepper and malt/wheat notes, but seemingly this smells all about the fruits. Light-bodied; Strong dry and very perfumey, floral hop bitterness hits at first with a soft sweetness and very fruity, super peachy fruit flavour, with some mangoes and residual sugars, but this is more on the dry side. Aftertaste shows more dryness and soft bitterness than malts, as well as more peach flavours than sweetness and this comes off almost more of a fruited saison than an IPA (especially trying to be a New England IPA!). Overall, relatively nice, and slightly funky as there isn't much malt here and this is quite thin, but the flavours there (especially the fruits) are very strong and enjoyable. Good to sample from the brewery and even though it wasn't one of my favourites, people who like peaches and/or mangoes would really enjoy this! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Ye Olde Spirits Shop in Frederick, Maryland on 29-November-2020 for US$3,59 while cutting down my Christmas Tree for the year, sampled at my house back here in Washington on 09-December-2020.

Ever so slightly hazy golden and peachc oloured body with a nice three to four centimetre tall tan head that stays afloat nicely and even leaves a little lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of crisp oranges, grapefruit, pine, soft resin and a dash of malts, without any alcohol coming through in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Relatively thin profile at first that hits with some dry, herbal and grassy hop bitterness that leads into a very subdued peppery and specialty grain flavour with a dash of flowers and herbal elements at the end and a slight glimmer of some stone fruits like apricots and peaches. Aftertaste is very dry, with a touch of herbal, grass and very floral ntoes, all bringing up a nice hop bitterness and profile, but not much of a malt perspective, as this is easy-going-ish, not cloying, not sweet and not terribly fruity - just dry and bitter. Overall, a nice, dry IPA that definitely tastes around 7,0 per cent abv as a 'Plain East Coast IPA', not anything Imperial or 'new school-ish' - this one was my first from this brewery and definitely a nice start to their offerings from relatively close-by. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Ye Old Spirits Shop in Frederick, Maryland on 29-November-2020 for US$5,39 on the way back from cutting down our Christmas Tree for the Year, sampled at my house here in Washington on 29-November-2020, the same day as purchasing!
