Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Very sweet, balanced by pleasant warmth and light apple bitterness and tartness. Nice dessert apple character, tasty, flavourful. Very good, I would love to have more.

--Bottled at RBESG Grand Tasting 2023. -- Clear golden, lightly viscous. Concentrated brandyish apple aroma. Full sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Peppery with concentrated apple. Warming finish. Intense and concentrated.

2014 bottle, many thanks JulienHuxley! Deep amber color. Aroma is super walnutty, cooked apples, mild gummibears. Taste is again walnuts, super complex, gummibears. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Wow! Very characterful!

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brut funk, with champagne effervescence. Flavour is bright, with lots of champagne funk, with a touch of barnyard characters, and crisp apple acidity. The high carbonation works really well. Excellent.

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear copper golden. Aroma is decadent, with loads of apple brandy, treacle toffee, and caramel. Flavour is decadent and intense, with a wonderful marriage between apple brandy and ice cider - it is boozy, but not detractingly so; it's sweet, but nowhere close to cloying. Beautiful harmony. Wonderful.

375 ml bottle thanks going to Adamchandler for the share. 2012 vintage. Clear Amber/ golden color, no head. Aroma shows compress apples, mild wood, some pear. Mouthfeel is mildly slick. Sweet finish but not overly so. Very, very good!

375ML, 2012 Vintage. Acquired in Quebec. can't remember if this is a Tommy bottle or not. excellent clarity an opaque pink color. smells of peach, cherry and oranges. what a wonderful cider. this is layered. at the top, an ultra-sweet aperitif. but below that, cherry, banana, grass, candied apples. lemonade.
