Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Very sweet, balanced by pleasant warmth and light apple bitterness and tartness. Nice dessert apple character, tasty, flavourful. Very good, I would love to have more.

Bottle sample at the source. Clear bright golden color. Beautiful aroma of fresh flowers, honey, apple, reminiscent of a mead. Taste is more apple forward but backed up by sweet honey and apple syrup, vanilla. Delicious.

2014 bottle, many thanks JulienHuxley! Deep amber color. Aroma is super walnutty, cooked apples, mild gummibears. Taste is again walnuts, super complex, gummibears. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Wow! Very characterful!
