A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light grassy hops, licorice, alcohol warmth, wood extract, complex and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with cognac, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Festibière de Gatineau été 2019.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, grapeskin, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light bubblegum, light acidity, light grapeskins and woody notes, very nice. Bottle at Festibière de Gatineau été 2019.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of light roasted malt notes with some coffee notes and some barrel-aging notes are also noticeable. Taste is an enjoyable mix of roasted malt with some black chocolate notes, light coffee notes with some subtle notes of Cognac that are also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Enjoyable but not sure Cognac notes are bringing much more to the mix.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur cuivrée translucide, mousse beige tenace laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de miel, sauvage, pointe fumée, boisé, alcool, cuir. Goût boisé, malt grillé, amertume moyenne, sec, pointe tourbée. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.
