On tap at Popeye’s. Uptight bitter 3.8% 20 IBU a clear copper orange. A bready dried biscuit aroma with some bitter citrus hops. Medium bodied which is impressive for 3.8% the taste is biscuit & citrus. 3.4-5

Tap at Popeye. Nose of rice, minerals, wheat. Deep gold. Dry, thin flavor, minerally, astringent. seems not ready yet.

Tap at Popeye. Reddish-amber, glowing, cloudy, with a fine, thick head. Nose if chocolate, caramel, esters. Thick, rich flavor, peaches, minerals, ruch full body. On its way, but still not perfect.

Tap at Popeye. Deep orange-amber color, cloudy, flat. Orange, caramel, pine in the nose. Sweet flavors of pine and caramel, very pitter. Kind of uninspired and too flat.

Handpump at Popeye. Dark golden, cloudy, some lace. Grassy, citrus nose, light malts. A bit thin, dry, very hoppy and grassy. Lots of dry hopping, it would seem, and works well in real ale form. Malt needs a lift.
