[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A hazy amber pour with a loose white head; peachy aroma; soft peachy taste and texture with some grape juice; then a grainy finish with a gentle but sustained bitterness. A satisfying pint.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed copper red coloured pour with a fading loose magnolia head. Aroma is semi sweet, rusty penny, tangy fruit, toasted malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, hazelnut, toasted malts, raisin, twig, warming alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Pretty good.

Nose is orange pith, grass, pine nip, papaya.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, grass, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Decent enough IPA.

Can from Against The Grain. Hazy deep golden body with a thin off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach, cucumber and minerals. Flavour of papery malt and orange pith. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is a bit papery and pithy, similar to a couple of recent Elusive beers. I love this brewery but in my opinion the quality of output has dipped recently.

440ml Can - Hazy golden yellow. Grapefruit, pineapple, lemon and gooseberries in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste with grapefruit, orange, pineapple and melon.

Cask (Bookshop Alehouse, Southampton) - Black in colour. Malty and roasted aroma with notes of liquorice and blackcurrant. Roasted and malty taste with notes of liquorice, coffee and raisins. Tasty and almost 'chewy' in places.
