Simple, but well, it is the house ale. Thinnish bod, med-hi carbo. Med-light bitter, low sweet, pretty dry. A bit watery. Light caramel, med-light grassy, light citrusy hops. Faint apple undertones. Overall feels bland, nothin to write home about.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Dry and dusty, slightly piney aroma. Medium body, a slightly sweet fruitiness with a subdued bitterness. A rather generic IPA, not really potent enough to be West Coast. 200326

Thanks fonefan! Coppery brown colour, big foamy off-white head. Aroma is rye, some toasted tones with a bit biscuity and sweetness to it. Flavour is sweet grainy, ryelike and mild sweet toasted tones.

Bottle picked up from online order at Craftbeer shop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home, Tuesday 17th March 2026 listening to ByteFm and heating up a freezer meal of Beef Carbonnade, Cauliflower Cheese, Lemony Roast Potatoes and Carrots. Pours light amber, hazy, carbonation a little bit lacking. Soft mouthfeel, sweet maltiness but there is a pleasant playful smokey edge, nice and despite a few shortfalls I am enjoying this. Score 7.3

0,33 l bottle. BB 03.08.2026. Cloudy orange in the glass, more than one finger white head. Pale floral fruity sharp soapy aroma. Dry malt in the background. Taste starts dry malty, increasing pale grainy with bitterness, pale grainy. Low fruity elements. Above average carboanted. Soft cherry in the aftertaste.

Bottle from the source. Deep gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is grainy and faint metallic. Taste is bitter with an extremely faint citric twist at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Dry, crisp feel but can’t escape the metallic notes. Drinkable.
