Bottle. Cloudy golden, offwhite cream, grassy, flowery and herbal nose. Medium body, very dry yeast notes, minerals, salt, herbs, edgy grains, grassy leafy aftertaste.

Bottle. Murky amber golden. Flowery, vanilla, apple cookie dough. Full, juicy, decent bitterness. Metallic, dry, herbal. This is nice.

"Zwanzger Weizen", Flasche (MHD: 21.05.26) aus der Brauereigaststätte in Uehlfeld, 21.11.2025. - Kupferrotgold, nur wenig trüb; für ein Weizen geradezu kläglich beschäumt. - In der Nase säuerlich-brotiges Malz, wie ein Roggenbier, Karamelbonbon, Waldhonig und frische pampelmusige Hopfung - untypisch aber vielversprechend! - Antrunk satt brotig-weizenmalzig mit mäßiger Karamelbonbonsüße, leiser Banane und Anklängen an Waldhonig. Recht lebhafte, frisch zitrusbittere Hopfung, pampelmusig und grasig, eine Spur von Mango. Durchschnittlich rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang kräftig hopfenbitter und leise metallisch. - Sehr untypisches Weizen, nur schwach hefig, dafür kernig gehopft und mit rustikalen Fehlaromen "abgerundet".

"Zwanzger Black Velvet", Fläschchen ohne MHD aus dem Kühlraum der Brauerei, verkostet noch am gleichen Abend, 2.10.2025. - Schmutzig-trübes Rotbraun, unmäßiger grobporiger Schaum. - In der Nase deutliche Säure, Zitronensaft und Sauerkirsche über stumpfem Röstmalz und einem Hauch von Karamel.- Antrunk vor allem keß zitronensauer, erst danach schwer röstmalzig mit Mokka und Bitterschokolade. Spritzig rezent. Bis in den Abgang reiben sich Zitronensaft und Kaffeebittere mächtig aneinander. - Dieses sog. "Kreativbier" ist ein schlechter Scherz: derart verdorbenes Bier dürfte gar nicht mehr in Umlauf gebracht werden.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a dense, stable and lacing, off-white head. Caramelly nose paired with somewhat greasy, piney hops. Super rich and malty body, with plenty crystal malts and a solid bitterness. Very old school. 110925
