Enjoyed at the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run. Sorry for dark picture as pub is pretty dark. Pours a hazy light golden colour with unfiltered particles through it, a white head, average retention and slight lacing. Fruity smell with the Saison herbal hops and yeast. Nice sour taste of gooseberries with the Saison finish, nicely dry-bitter, but milder. The mouthfeel is slightly tarty in the end. This paring of a Saison and gooseberries really works well. My favourite from this brewery so far.

Had at the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run. Pours a cloudy pink-red colour with not much head and minimal lacing. Sour cherry taste which is mild. Light fruity smell from the griotte fruit. Kind of like hints of cherries. Nice to try a regional fruit at this brewpub. Lacking the Witbier notes though.

Bottle: Poured a hay amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with some juicy notes and light green hoppy notes. Taste is a mix of hoppy citrusy notes with some light juicy notes with light bitterness. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but hops flavours could have been more dominant.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with light green hoppy notes is OK. Taste is a mix of grainy cereal notes with light rustic malt notes with green and dry hoppy presence also felt. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but slightly off-flavours from the malt bill or the hops.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light floral undertones is pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy hops notes with light cereal and dry caramel notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but hops notes could have been even more prominent.
