Description
The world of beer is incredibly rich and divers. We want our beers to echo that diversity. We want to pair tradition with innovation,we respect our Belgian roots but we also keep track of evolutions in Belgium and abroad, Our brewing installation was custom built for us to enable us to go wide in beerstyles en wild in our experiments. From blonde to dark, bitter to sweet, malty to hoppy, fruity or roasted, quaffable or sturdy,…anything goes. We started our very first ‘brewmonth’ with a pale ale, afterwards we brewed a farmhouse tripel, aWest Coast IPA and a Baltic Porter. We immediately set the tone for what you can expect from us, a trip around the world in beer. Sometimes quite familiar, other times surprisingly new but always worth the travel.

23/04/2016 - sample glass shared with the BE RB crew @ZBF2016. Very clear blonde. Nose is grains. Taste is sweet malts, bit grainy, a bit dull. I prefer the other one.

Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours cloudy blonde, small white heas. Smell is more sharp, bit more bitter. Taste is sharp, even more bitter than the non-refermented version which was already quite bitter for a lager.

Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is weak, some malts. Taste is sharp, grainy, bit bitter.

Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée, col blanc. Malt pils pour le tout, assez direct, avec un houblonné noble dominant, le tout est sec, propre, et crisp, fleuri de Saaz semble plus ressortir que sur l’autre version même si les similitudes restent minimes. Le tout est facile à boire pour une pils, mais au final, reste un cran en dessous de la version de Rulles qui emmène un peu plus le palais à travers les houblons.

Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme de pils, malté, grains concassés en retrait, houblons nobles. Palais est malté, sec et crisp, pointe de citronné et léger fleuri couvert par des houblons nobles allemands. Rien de bien spécial, retrouve pas trop le côté levure lager que l’on peut avoir de l’autre côté du Rhin. Les deux versions n’apportent pas trop de différence entre elles.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht würzig hopfig, grasig, floral. Geschmack sehr floral bitter, grasig, grüner Tee.

Fast klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig malzig, leicht hopfig, leicht metallisch. From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, toasted malty. Bitter, grassy and toasted malty. Light herbal. Dry and bitter, grassy finish.

Hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, straw Taste is sweetish grains, but also bitter grassy. Quite a dry bitter finish. Low carbonation.
