After borrowing other peoples breweries for some years, Beerhere had found quite a following of beer drinkers around the world, that enjoyed beer a little outside the normal styles, while still maintaining high drinkability and the omissions of too many silly ingredients and gimicky BS. So at a certain point it was time to build our own brewery on the island of Bornholm. We found an old fishing factory right on the harbour of a little fishing village and in the summer of 2015 our first beer was released. The brewery is shared with our other brand Penyllan, which focuses on wild fermentation and barrel aging.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Long moderate bitter nice finish. Creamy palate.

Draft. A murky golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, raspberries, and hops. The flavor is sour with notes of funk, raspberries, lemons, malt, and a bit of hops, leading to a tart finish.

Draft at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a murky orange amber colour with little life. The aroma is malt, yeast, orange citrus. The flavour is moderate to light sour, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, malt, juicy peachy orange citrus, light citrus fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque orangey brown with a small and creamy, beige head. Nose of overripe, oxidized fruits and molasses. Medium body, burned caramael to add to the aromas above. Honeyish, but never sweet. Quite a bitter finish, especially considering the style. Quite rustic. 020523

Backlog July 2011. Reddish/brown to amber body under a small but dense beige head. Aroma has malt, citric fruit, caramel and hint of coffee. Strong and nice in taste, sweet malt, caramel, citric fruit and good bitterness. Medium body with long aftertaste. Nice, tasty and bitter.

Bottled. Pitch black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is roasted malts, some gluelike alcohol, mild toffee, some soy sayce with mild ashes and burnt rubber as well. Flavour is toasted, ashy and some mild liquorice with alcohol, chocolate and some toffee and black currant as well.
