A fair pils that I have enjoyed with a perfect weather during the sunday, this one was welcomed after a all morning preparing a meal for Fred and family, dry malt, smooth and a right note of floral hop, well balanced and just refreshing, 11.05.21, finding this beer at the Manor, St.Gallen.

For me, it was a great surprise, a first class ipa, on the American level, subtle and floral, the hop makes all the difference, fruity and bitter, dry malt, easy to drink but you get a lovely sensation at the mouth, 10.05.22

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato Sul palato finiscono info di caramello, miele, cereali ed erba.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo zenzero. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, zenzero, frutta secca e un accenno di resinoso.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, pane tostato, erbaceo e agrumi.
