Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before July 2020. Clear, amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, gently fruity and quite floral aroma of gooseberry, quince and lemon peel. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite dry, rather fruity and slightly grassy taste of lemon peel, quince and gooseberry, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently dry finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Okay!

Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite fruity and slightly floral taste of quince, gooseberry and lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, fairly dry finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Okay.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Foams like a madman. Hints of citrus and white pepper in the aroma. Thin, slightly alcoholic. Citric. Slightly acidic, yet malty flavor. Hints of white pepper. Actually quite nice.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Caramel and licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with lots of licorice, hints of soft grassy hops, roast and caramel. Low on carbon. Simple but drinkable.
