0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before November 2024. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fairly herbal-spicy, gently fruity-floral aroma of rosemary, lots of sage, orange peel and lemon balm. Slightly sweet, a little sourish, fairly herbal-spicy and gently fruity-floral taste of lemon, rhubarb, sage, rosemary, lemon balm and orange peel, followed by a short, gently tart, quite dry, woody finish. Medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very interesting beer, totally different compared to the few Broyhans I've tried before, much more herbal and less vinous. Expensive stuff but worth trying.

Bottle from local Gefako. Hazy golden with a persistent off white head. Fragrant floral nose. Full-bodied, malty with a pleasant sourness and now floral flavours with Violet.

Tap at Hannover Bier fest. Deep clear golden, white lace. Tropical, gooseberry, stonefruit notes. Medium body, dry. Fresh dank finish, nice.

Tap. Bright red amber, offwhite lace. Medium mellow body. Berry and Melanoidin, pop rocks, dry roast, caramel. Medium dry body. Dry juicy bock.

Tap at Hannover Bierfest. Light hazy amber, white head. Light lactic berry aroma, amber resin, gepichtes Fass. Medium body, chewy, light bubblegum, berry retronasal. Interesting.

Mild säuerlicher Beginn, helles Holz, ein bunter Strauch von Gewürzen, die für mich schwer zuzuordnen sind. Nelke, wenig Zimt, konstante Säure. Zitrus, spritzig, mittellanger Abgang, süffig. SPannend! 9/10/12/11/9/11

75cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a white lacing. Aroma of herbs, cinnamon, spices. Taste of herbs, spices, caramel, a bit sweet and sour, medium carbonation.
