33cl bottle courtesy of Erzengel, thanks. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of slightly sourish pale malt, bread and hints of caramel. Taste of caramelized malt, mild sourish bread. Neutral finish with a very low bitterness.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts fine hoppy, fresh grasy notes. Mild sourish touch. Finish milder, less hoppy. Nice one!

Bottle from Bäckerei Schäfer. Grainy nose. The beer starts fruity grainy. Hints of spelt with hints of caramel. Bread only in the back, caramelly grainy finish. Moderate bitter, caramelly hints of bread, nice.

Bottle, danke Gabriel. Hazy golden, big foamy head. Citric and perfumed head. Medium to light foamy body. Light bready, perfumed and kumquat hop aromatics. Decent.

Bottle, danke Gabriel. Gusher. Clear golden, fine pearling carbonation white head. Fermented hay nose. Lightly infected tartness which actually is kind of pleasant. Sparkly dry mouthfeel, light body, light grassy hops. Probably not the state is was intended to be in, but I enjoyed it.

Bottle, thanks Erzengel. Cloudy brown, frothy golden brown head. Dry roast, juniper, light tart aromatics. Medium body, sparkly, lightly sour, does not seem intentional, some fruity aromatics, fig, kiwi, a bit chocolate roast, mostly just dried out though.

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍻. Creamy beige head left a blotchy cover on a rich, very dark brown still body. Parkin, roast & malt aroma. Medium bodied, feels airy over the tongue with a lighter clean back. Liquorice, woody, slightly vinous & berry tastes. Deece.

330mml. bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2019, many thanks @Erzengel for this one. @Home, 22/03/2020. [#3.329 Global - #301 Germany - #3 Bach´s Braumanufaktur] Deep golden colour with a minimal white head. Poor retention. Aroma is spiced mals, soft caramel and bready. Taste is malty. Spiced aftertaste. Next one please!

0,33 l bottle of course again from Erzengel. Thanks a lot, mate! An unclear flat pale copper in the glass, one finger white head. Musty old oak smell, some winery fruits in the background. Taste has some fruity sourness but not like infected. Some malt, fruity, maybe peach, not boozy. Low carbonated. It´s a grower, getting better sip by sip. Easy drinking stuff, not bad but expected more from the name Four Roses.
