Bottle sample at Estadio. Clear golden yellow color, few bubbles. Aroma of crisp apple skins. Taste is apple, light citrus, slight grass and herb. Semidry finish. Nice.

Bottle from shop in Santillana del Mar. Hazy light yellow greenish colour. Nose is light sour apple, dry, wood, fruity. Flavour is light sour apple, slightly acidic, fairly dry, a bit tannic, some wood. Finish is slightly dry.

Bottle 0.75l, thanks to Rosenbergh. Colour is hazy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, apple, dryness, some gentle sweetness and sourness. Great cider.

Bottle 700ml. corked.Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, green appls, apple skin, aceton, sulfur, manure. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate acidic with a long duration, dry, aceton, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130216]

Poured at great height from bottle to glass in La Buena Sidra in Malaga. Initially quite tart and even woody/musty but after a few sips the sweetness comes through. Comparable in level to that of a Braeburn apple.
