50 cl bottle at 3 små rum, Göteborg, Sweden, on January 13, 2017. As "Alpino Sidro Di Mela", organic apple cider. BB date on cap that got tossed at the bar when opened, but at least the bottles had very recently arrived.Clear birch sap color, small fizzy white head. Apple, light sweet, a bit warm apple scent. Apples, apple skin, a light bit sweet, a bit tart taste. Tart, very light buttery aftertaste. Medium full a bit fizzy mouthfeel, light tart finish.Nice, fresh, well made, suites my cider preference rather well. Recommendedif you like sort of semi-sweet to light dry apple cider.

330ml bottle with a cork from Tesco. Pours clear gold, no head. Aroma of green apple, skins, floral. Taste is quite crisp and dry with a fine carbonation, mild apple fruit but more prominent elderflower notes.

330ml bottle, 5% at Bella Italia Darlington. Sparkling pale golden colour, short-lived white fizzy head and tangy apple nose. Taste is juicy apple, sweetish with some hay and dry tannin. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite OK

Bottle at the 2nd Annual Garvie Christmas Tasting. Pours clear pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of cereal and light lemon. Taste is more of the same. Thin finish.
