Süßlicher und holziger Start mit weicher Herbe. Geringe Karbonisierung, leicht karamellig, vanillige Nuancen. Weich herber Mittelteil und Abgang, süßlich holzig bleibend, langer Nachhall, cremig. 9/11/12/11/12/11

Clear red towards mahogany. Medium head. Toffee and malt aroma with some citric notes. Malty taste, toffee and pine also present. Full body and balanced bitterness.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 29 Sep 2023) Hazy golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with wheat, citrus, banana and clove. Fruity, malty, spicy taste with notes of wheat, bread, citrus, hay, clove and banana. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made hefeweizen. Very nice.

Keg @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Poured clear golden in color. Aroma has mostly malts, some fruit candy in flavor as well as some bisquity notes. Long finish.

33cl bottle at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Poured almost black in color. Molasses, sweetness and honey. Warming. Plum pudding. Bit on the sweeter side for me though.

Sample from the bottle at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Thanks Hermod! Color is very dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Ripe fruits, sweetness, plum, some raisins, honey, malts.... strong flavors. Confusing but good.

(Bottle, 0.33l - BB 03.05.2027, at One Pint Pub, 20231227) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, molasses, caramel and treacle. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, toffee, caramel, sweetness, alcohols, raisins and bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, malts and bitterness. A very sweet brew that hid its ABV very well.

500ml Bottle - Hazy deep golden with a foamy head. Banana and also some herbal notes in the aroma. The taste features notes of banana, herbs and also orange.
