(Gravity cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 20 Feb 2026) Hazy golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, herbs and honey. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, herbs, honey, grass, hay and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Soft, harmonious and well balanced. Nice one.

(Bottle) Pale amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, smoky nose with bread, caramel, dried apricots, smoked ham, orange peel and spices. Malty, smoky taste with notes of bread, caramel, dried fruit, smoked ham, orange peel and a mild herbal/spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Elegant and harmonious, with a balanced smokiness. Very nice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Mshogany colour, small heas. Woody node with caramel, pears abd dark bread. Mid sweet with full bosy and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Dark bread, licorice caramel snd elegant calvados. Warming mid bitter finish.

Bottle shared at Christmas. Tak for laver mad! Dark. Tonka, prunes, raisins, tobacco wood. Full, smooth, not too sweet, peaty. Quite heavy, but thats expected, but it's smooth enough. Like.
