Bottle from Castle Howard Farm Shop, near Malton. Hazy yellowy-orange with a light fizz. Lovely fresh appley aroma. Definitely dry, but there's some sweet apple behind. A touch of farmyard but quite a clean taste with a hint of vanilla. Very tasty, very more-ish, and dangerously easy-drinking. A lovely cider.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, vanilla, sticky toffee pudding. Taste is sweetish, sticky toffee pudding, apple, custard, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering toffee at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Deep amber gold colour with reddish tinge, short-lived thin bubbly rim and aroma of sweet ripe apple & grape. Taste is sweetish, ripe & pulpy apple, with some wine notes, drying citric tartness and booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Clear golden with a light pinkish hue topped with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is crisp apple, herb, light funk, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, grape must, vinous notes, tannins, damp oak, light farmyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, big drying close. Solid.
