Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, vanilla, sticky toffee pudding. Taste is sweetish, sticky toffee pudding, apple, custard, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering toffee at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Deep amber gold colour with reddish tinge, short-lived thin bubbly rim and aroma of sweet ripe apple & grape. Taste is sweetish, ripe & pulpy apple, with some wine notes, drying citric tartness and booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, herbal ginger notes. Taste is herby, apples, fleshy, floral, grassy, ginger, with some dry acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. OK

Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Clear golden with a light pinkish hue topped with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is crisp apple, herb, light funk, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, grape must, vinous notes, tannins, damp oak, light farmyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, big drying close. Solid.

Taste comprises tangy apples, touch of ginger, very light acidic tickle, vinous, orchard wood, herb, sage. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad,
