500ml bottle shared with Soph on yet another boring Lockdown Friday listening to 6 Music. Clear gold appearance. Nicely carbonated. Aroma of faint caramel, lightly stewed apple. Taste continues in a similar fashion, pleasantly sweet with some fleshy fruit, sweet apple pie and comforting tannins on the gums. Pretty good.

500ml bottle from the Cider Shack. Golden colour, white bubbly foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of lemon, lime, green apple, caramel. Taste is tart, lemony, lime, cordial, with orchardy apple, hints of caramel & funk, and drying, acidic. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart lemony finish. OK.

Keg @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours cloudy straw yellow, funky nose. Taste presents funky, dry, steely fruit. Thinned fruit presence, sharp, bitter apple with a kind acidity and soft tannins. Decent.
