Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Potentially lightly hazy gold with a bubbly, white head. The nose holds grainy pale malts, old lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with some grassy notes, chalky minerality, more lemon peel, pale grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more minerality, more lemon peel and pale grains. So so overall.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear pale brownish amber. Aroma of hay and clover. Dry with light body and dense, firm mouthfeel. Bready with hay and grass. Long bitter finish. Relaxed and pleasant.

4.5% Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear gold no real head. A bit flat in condition. Quite a distinctive hop flavour. Quite dry on finish. Herbal. Its not great condition. Ok.

Fra cask på Craft Beer Co. St. Mary Axe, London 12 Okt 17. Mørk gylden. Skum langs glasset. Aroma av lettrøkt makt. Smaken kjeksaktig. Blir behagelig tørr etter hvert.

ABV: 4.9%. Unclear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, licorice, soft UK licorice - Finnish licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, salty licorice, licorice, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, soft UK licorice - Finnish licorice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171014]

(Cask at St Urhos Pub, 20171022) The beer poured brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had malts, caramel, earth and nuts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, earth, nuts, lightly molasses, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A nice malty bitter with nutty notes.
