Description
Kent Brewery aims to drag Kent beer into the 21st Century with new tastes and experiences mixed with the best of Kentish brewing traditions. We aim to bring innovation back into the Kent hop trade to feed a new and vibrant brewing market and so help to rejuvenate the local hop-growing industry.

Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Kent Pigโs Ear PA ].Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity maslt, moderate hoppy, citrus, spicy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy hops, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt - fruity hops, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161201] 7-3-7-3-14

Cask at the Euston tap west lodge. A clear chestnut brown coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is woody earthy, brown bread, milky roast. Flavour is composed of rustic woody twiggy malts, thin, dirty chocolate milk. Palate is milky sweet, creamy, lowish carbonation, nitro. Little basic.

Cask at the Euston Tap West - London. Pours clear reddish brown with a thick, lasting creamy yellow-beige head. The aroma holds toasted ginger, soft roast, very slight cocoa. Light sweet flavour with some gritty cinnamon, bitter ashy roast, dried ginger, earth, baking cocoa. Medium bodied with light carboantion and velvety texture. Finishes with kites of burnt cinnamon and ginger, more hard roast, ash, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco. So so overall.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 3 June 2017) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of biscuits, citrus, peaches and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, peaches, lemon peel, grapefruit, biscuits and a balanced citric/floral bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and summery. Nice one.

Cask at Akkurat. Almost clear golden with a small white head. Quite soft and easy to drink with grapefruit, hay, light malt and grass. The body was light and the carbonation soft.

Cask at Akkurat, labeled 4.5%. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh grapefruit and orange peel hops, earthy hopspice. Taste is grapefruit and orange peel, celery. Flat. Great Real Pale Ale!

Cask at the Euston tap east. A clear pale yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is damp hay, straw vanilla, grassy hint of sour grains. Flavour is composed of ginger, spicy, raw rustic grains, cheese biscuit,. Palate is light bodied, grainy, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Cask at St Urho, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavors: Some floral, fruits, citrus, hops, dryness and malts. Pretty good. Hoppy golden ale.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Hoppy no doubt a bit like a Hophead quite dry. Some floral hop good i thought and stunning condition
