Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 12th March 2025. Copper with shallow off-white foam affording full lacing. Subtle maltiness in aroma. Malty and zesty in-mouth, and a bitter finish with hints of smoke. Light bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel. A fine, well crafted ale.

Third, shared with Finn. Clear golden-amber body, spotty lacing from a bubbly, white head. Moments of herbal hops and mid-sweet malts on the nose, quite promising. Blended taste of mild caramel malts and herbal hops. Ends bittersweet. Refreshing and tasty. (London, 10.02.2025).
