Kent Brewery aims to drag Kent beer into the 21st Century with new tastes and experiences mixed with the best of Kentish brewing traditions. We aim to bring innovation back into the Kent hop trade to feed a new and vibrant brewing market and so help to rejuvenate the local hop-growing industry.

Cask (Akkurat, Stockholm) - Golden in colour. Blackcurrant and subtle yet noticeable notes of citrus and passion fruit in the aroma. The taste is moderately bitter and features notes of blackcurrant, subtle notes of passion fruit and lychees plus a hint of dill.

Cask handpull at Nelson Arms Tonbridge. Clear amber colour lasting off white head. Herby. Strong hoppy beer. Good citrus and twiggy flavours. Hedgerow flavour. Pippy woody wild fruits flavour. Pretty impressive. Beer of the day. Really good condition.

Cask at EBF April. Aroma is nutty and fruity but low key. Opaque dark brown. Foamy beige head thins in the middle. Bitter with a fruity streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Bland Barley Wine.

Golden pour with a just off white head that thins to a swirl ... lacing ensues.
Nose is soft malts, grass, orange peel, light breads.
Taste comprises pale and bready malts, melon, citric tinged straw, melon.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close splashed with light juicy come floral hop bitterness.
Decent enough easy drinking cask pale.
