Bottle thanks to Nick. It pours hazy bright yellow with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, wood, apple skin, tart apple, gooseberry and fruit pie. The taste is drying, tannin, wood, leather, sharp apple, apple skin, white grape, gooseberry, bit of sherbet, acidic kick and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Classic cider action. Natural and tart. Very enjoyable stuff.

Bottle shared at Walnut, We got the Funk tasting. Pours murky orange with no head. Funky nose, apples, brett. Taste is dry and funky, sherbet and apple.

Botella 70 cl en feria hostelería Avilés 21..02..2017. Sin lote legible. Color amarillento con bien de gas sabores algo apagados no muy ácidos y manzanas maduras algo dulces. Normal.

70cl bottle. Hazy yellow golden colour, no head and aroma of tangy apple, sour, funky. Taste is mellow apple, some apple skin, then sharp citric rind, sour, fruity, acidic, with some funk and alittle dry tannin. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.
