Bottle sample courtesy Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is sweet apple, funky, caramel and sugar. Taste is dry apple but not overly sweet. A touch watery with a dirty, earthy finish.

BIAB at Stumble Inn Beer & Cider Festival, Northallerton, 03Sep2022. Slightly hazy golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of pulpy apple. Taste is apple, fruity, pulpy with some yeasty notes and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish, Quite drinkable.

9/11/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma of light apple, slight funky, citrus, woody edge. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, light carbonation. Dry, tannic finish.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is apple, funky, earthy, drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK

6/6/2019. From bag in a box at Leeds Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-tart apples, citrus, light caramel and light acidic cider vinegar. Light sweetness with moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Fest 2019. As Medium 6%. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and fruity apple core aroma. Taste is tangy apple, tart, citric with some funk and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Fest, 2019. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and mucky barnyard aroma. Taste is mucky, mellow apple, some grass, tart citric notes and barnyard funk. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
