Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 28/10/23. Moderately hazed orange golden with a good sized just off white cap, as it goes for a cider, which dissipates in time. Nose is funky apple, hay bale, orchard wood, apple skins. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, light funk, barnyard notes, light caramel streak, hedgerow. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Solid kit.
