🐼 at home thanks to Cloin. Pours clear orange gold with a little lacing around the glass. Aroma is apple, oak, light barnyard funk. Taste is apple, oak, some barnyard funk, hay. Decent cider.

Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel, wood barrel hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, alittle funk, caramel, and slight wood barrel note with some tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, medium finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Yards & Crafts online, 13/08/23. Golden copper with a fast escaping white head. Nose is crisp apple, caramel, light sugars, straw. Taste comprises caramelised apples, tannins, sugars, apple pie, apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Tidy enough cider if a touch sweet for my liking but not in an OTT way.

6/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Region #405, Irish region 23/26. Pours clear dark orange amber with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sweet apple, apple core, elderflower, caramel, apple candy, light funky edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily and watery, quite fizzy. Light dryness to finish. Not bad.

Panda at home thanks to Shig. Was worried about this as it had leaked, but the cloudy golden remnants showed no olfactory signs of distress (unlike the box which had to be thrown away as it reeked of apple vinegar, huh. Dry, dusty, lightly yeasty, wheaty is a good descriptor, appley aroma, not much elder. Lean, dry, tannic apple taste, yeasty, quite pleasant balance, tart, bitterish, though the taste isn't thrilling. It's alright all in all, nothing to complain nor write home about. Elder is in the background at very best.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Shig. A light hazed cloudy gold coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, funky mealy apple, wheat, fennel. hint of vinegar. Flavour is composed of tangy, mealty apple, grass, not much elderflower, green apple, pithy finish. Palate is tart, crisp, mellow carbonation. ok.

Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, funk, with straw, wood & blackcurrant hints, some elderflower notes and citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG (and Mrs SHIG) for the penultimate Irish county rate, 05/05/22. Clear golden with a decent white cap, as it goes for a cider, than soon escapes to the edge of the glass. Nose is damp grass, light apple tones, modest elderflower, herb, all a touch subdued. Taste comprises grass, herb, apple skins, tannins, elderflower, straw, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad.
