Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Opaque dark brown color with a slight red glare coming through, average to medium sized beige head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, lightly earthy, slightly ash, sweetish. Taste malts, sweetness, slightly dark fruit, don’t get much more. Decent body, firm carbonation.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Murky pale yellow color, small white to off-white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is lightly malts, lightly hops, lightly fruity. Taste malts, lightly butter, weird sweetish fruityness mixed with a fruitpeel bitter hint. Weird and flavor is not quite nice. Aroma was a lot better. Disappointing.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy red-brown color, huge soapy off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, leaves, caramel and weird enough a hint of tomato soup. Average body and carbonation. Well nothing really wrong with it but I don’t like it.

Bottle at Chriso going Dutch tasting, 03/07/14. Pale golden with a moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is light smoke, vanilla, caramel, apricot, mellow fruit, faint brett. Taste comprises citric peel, apricot, grass, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Simple and inoffensive I guess, would not have called this a hefe!?!

Tasting at ChrisO’s. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is airy and light. Dry seltzer. Tangy generic fruits. Finishes light and dry. Odd but not unpleasant.
