3/9/2025. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Aroma is mucky, funky, toffee apple, caramel, biscuit, rubbery edge. Nice sweetness, drying, bittersweet finish. Nicely done.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a coppery golden with a white head. Aroma is sliced apples, caramel, musty. Taste is sweet, apples, caramel, light carbonation, tannins.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, mucky funk. Taste is sweet, apple, ripe fleshy, caramel, with barnyard funk and soft tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from an online peddler whom I cant recall, 21/04/2025.
Clear copper to golden with a well formed lasting off white head as it goes for a cider.
Nose is light funk, apple skins, caramel, farmyard notes.
Taste comprises caramelised apples, hint of cinnamon, herb, hedgerow, sugars, tannins, barnyard nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid for the ABV ... running just a little too sweet for my liking.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers. Aroma of woody apple, vanilla, apple core and slight funk. Taste is dry sweet tart apple. Full bodied. Very nice

Sample with Grumbo via Colin. Aroma is apple, slightly funky and leathery. Spritzy carbonation with a nice drying finish. Good.

Panda from Danlo, thanks Ed. Pours clear deep golden orange with minor white foam. Aroma: mellow apple, apple skins, some funk. Taste: medium sweet, light tangy apple, bittersweet, mild funk, light drying tannins. Medium body with low carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 28/10/24. Golden copper with a fast escaping off white head that retains at the edge of the vessel. Nose is sharp apple, herb, straw, light acidic nostril pinch, modest funk. Taste comprises bittersweet apple, light burnt caramel tang, hedgerow, vinous, tannins, touch of orchard wood, light funk. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Tidy drop with decent complexity and a solid flavour profile.
