750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, yellowy gold colour, foamy white head and aroma of apple, fruit, earthy, leather, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, with barnyard funky notes, orchard floor, leathery, and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Taste is sweetish & tangy, apple, fruity, leather, barnyard funky, orchard floor, with bittersweet earthy tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, apple, with some barnyard funk, ripe fruity, caramel, mellow acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry bittersweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours very slightly hazy pale orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, apple, mucky, leathery, barnyard. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with slight tartness. Medium body, light sparkling carbonation. Very dry finish. Well worked.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Hazed golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, barnyard funky, leather, with some acidity and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, dry funky tart & tannic finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 28/07/24. Moderately hazed orange with a good sized off white covering that dissipates to a swirl and edgework over time. Nose is tangy apples, light funk, hedgerow, orchard wood, on the turn apple core. Taste comprises balanced bitter sweet apples, tannins, light funk, orchard wood, hint of caramel. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close. Solid cider ... good drink lots of this.
