24/1/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours mostly clear golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, funky, apple, straw, woody and slight mucky edge. Quite sweet initially, bitterness and dryness develops. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Nicely done.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 30/12/23. Moderately hazed orange golden with a decent just off white cap, as it goes for a cider, that veers and remains as edging. Nose is funky, barnyard, light sulphuric notes, hay bale, apple barrel. Taste comprises sweeter elements, funk, sugars, tannins, light orchard wood, caramel, straw. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Decent refreshment for 4.5%.
