7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, funky, woody, mucky, slightly eggy. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Sweet very appley finish. Good.

Taste is sweetish, fruity, juicy apple, orangey, orchardy, with some farmhouse funk and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, some barnyard funk note, horsey, with mellow tannins. Medium bodied, highish foamy carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
