750ml wired cork bottle. 2023 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy. Taste is sweet, appley, some flesh, with ripe sugars, light acidity and dry tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet & drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruit, caramel & bready funk hints. Taste is sweetish, apple flesh, fruity, some caramel notes, with acidity and light tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, balanced acid and tannic dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

250ml can (first time seeing a cider in such small cans!?), a few months past its BBD. Slightly cloudy orange colour with a thin white head. Aroma of apple skins. Taste of ripe apples, slightly funky, tannic, very dry. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Hazed orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, fleshy, with orange citrus notes, orchardy funk, and tangy bittersweet drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.

Taste is sweet & tart, tangy, apple, juicy, fruity, zesty, with some citrus, stone fruit, vanilla, caramel, funk hints, and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying juicy earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma has pulpy and unobtrusive juicy sweetness. Peel edge. Cloudy orange. Thin foamy translucent white head soon recedes. Initial ligh-medium bitterness, followed by sweet sugsry juice. Slightly sour edge. Light. Thin if slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Easy drinking. Nice.
