BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Orange-brown golden colour, no head and aroma of apple pulpy, fruit. Taste is sweet, apple, tart and tannic, drying, with leathery funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

750ml bottle from Luke's Cider. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, fruity, woody. Taste is sweetish, tangy, perry pear, some acetic funk, and woody with alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Luke's Cider. Opened with a pop. Orangey golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruit, apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, tangy, juicy, orchardy, fruity, with funk, leather, orangey citrus notes, and earthy bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, and dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Floral aroma on a murky dull golden coloured body. Sweet apple, floral, earthy, bubble gum & herbal tastes with a tangy citrussy finish. Excellent.

1/6/2023. From BIAB at the 36th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours hazy/cloudy pale golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, apple, leather, woody, stable straw and slightly mucky. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dry, woody, tannic finish. Very nice.
