Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazed golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk hint. Taste is tart fruity, appley, zesty, citric, alittle oak, with some light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazed pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fleshy, funk. Taste is sweet, appley, fruit, with alittle funk hint and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at the Chappel Beer Festival with Grumbo. Aroma is juicy, fleshy apply, barnyard and straw. Good body and a nice drying finish.

Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, green apple, with some core, straw hints and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet drying finish. Quite drinkable.
