500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, big fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, fruity, some woody funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, oaky, wood barrel, fleshy apple, green apple, pulpy, some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of musty apple, woody, orchard, funky. Taste is tangy, apple, mellow, orchardy, woody, some funk, with herby & citric notes and soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2019. Golden colour, no head and light acidic apple aroma. Taste is tart, fruity apple, citric, buttery and caramel hints, with citric notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart citric acidic finish. Quite OK
