(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours very hazy yellow-gold with a decent white head and heavy lace. Aroma of mandarin, fresh mango, pineapple, white coconut, herbal dill-like Sabro, light florals. Flavour is light, off-dry and built around crackery malt, notes of mango, pink grapefruit peel and pith, floral tropical mix, pineapple hints, soft coconut, dill and other herbs, very dry finish with a little citrus peel and herbal bitterness/astringency and crackery, crispy vibes. Light bodied with moderate somewhat creamy carbonation. Solid APA, not quite into the baby NEIPA territory that some of the better hops purveyors have been doing lately but a nice crispy hop hit.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tropical fruit, dank notes, very nice and smooth.

750ml (thx, Christophe L.!) @ SalesForce. Appearance: very dark brown with a brown head. Aroma: lots of coconut, vanilla, and coconut. The mix of these is so weird for me up to the point that it reminds me a lot about tonka beans and cinnamon spice. Taste: very sweet, lots of cocoa, coconut with vanilla. Overall: good, but it's a bit chaotic.

Jet black with a small light brown head. Sweet chocolate candy and vanilla. Sticky and sweet with lots of fudge and vanilla. Super sweet. Dried coconut is there, but not up front.

750ml (thx, Christophe L.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: pours like an oil, very dark brown with almost no head. Aroma: bourbon barrel, some burnt character, very thick, some sweetness. Taste: very thick, very bourbon barrel and wood forward. Getting warmer it got also some whiskey notes. Overall: pretty good, but it is very different from the vanilla version, it doesn't work as great as its sibling, surprisingly quite far from it.
