Arômes céréaliers de pain bien frais mais quelque peu discret.
Une mousse assez crémeuse et persistante sur un liquide doré parfaitement limpide.
Bien malté en entrée de bouche avec un petit environnement boisé, des notes de pain très légèrement sucrées et une amertume herbacée de force moyenne.
La carbonatation est assez élevée, ce qui la rend extrêmement buvable et rafraichissante mais atténue la rondeur en bouche et les éléments maltés.
J’aurais apprécié que le séjour en foudre élève un peu plus le coté boisé.
Une Helles très pintable.
Appréciation moyenne mais correcte !

On tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam on 27th November 2025. Almost opaque yellow with shallow foam and scant lacing. Citrus and tropical fruits aroma. Sharp and tangy citrus in-mouth and a finish of grapefruit and tangerine. Light to medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Poured clear and golden in color.
Nice malty, grainy nose, dusty. Pretty good, and has survived the tavel nicely. Crushable. Touch of sweetness.

Poured hazy and light orange in color.
Orange marmalade/zesty up front, has nice bitterness though. Pretty dry, gooseberry notes. Mixed feelings. Boozy.
