Aroma has toffee, some roasted notes and hints of hay, Flavour has chocolate, some coffee, licorice and toffeea Also hints of hay. A bit watery and quite English.

From tap at the brewpub. 2 years old cider done by the brewer. Pours deep golden amber with a small white head. Smooth wooden apple aroma. Vanilla bourbon like note. Smooth apple fruity and mellow. Full bodied. Smooth apples and slight caramelish to vanilla into the finish.
