On tap. Pours a very dark copper color with full foamy head. Aromas of grass, sweetened raisins and bready malts. Flavors of earthy malts and dry caramel with a little fruitiness.

On tap. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate foamy head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruit and bready malts. Flavors follow same with very subtle barrel effects and a big creamy malt influence. Nice.

25cl bottle from Carrefour market Boortmeerbeek.
F: medium, tan, quick gone.
C: coppery, light hazy, there is E150c Caramel ammoniacal colorant!
A: malty, caramel, bready, fruity traces.
T: medium malty base, mostly caramel bready, some bitterness, honey touch, medium carbonation, quite commercial all together, drinkable and boring.

Tap, cones in a giant tulip, the flowers in the background are not tulips though. Dry grain, light mineral nose. Clear golden, fluffy white head. Sweet grainy, light sugary base, dry sticky, light ferment fruit salad, fairly clean one at that though. Easy to sip.

Tap at the bonte koe. Clear golden white lacing head, fine carbonation, served in a unusually wide glass even I have trouble getting my hand around. Medium full grainy base, fruity notes, light funk, honey, strong on the palate, dry grassy finish.

Botrle at home. Beautiful deep mahogany red-brown color, clear, full sized beige head. Aroma is dominated by the rum. Flavor is quite similar, notes of the dark beer underneath but again the rum is quite dominant, notes of dark fruits like plums as well and some dark candy sugar. Decent. 9-6-6,5-8-6,5
